Using Improv to unlock creative solutions and meet challenges in the workplace
Workplace Improv Workshops
Team building workshops allow groups to connect and bond in interesting and impactful ways. By interacting in unconventional and stimulating settings, participants can uncover hidden talents, untapped potential, and unique perspectives within their team. The ability to recognize and appreciate the diversity of skills and personalities in a group is instrumental in fostering a harmonious and productive work environment. Bring your team together through laughter and shared experiences.
Team-Building & Collaboration
Creative Generation
& Innovation
Designed to ignite the imagination, this workshop offers participants an open-minded approach to brainstorming and problem-solving. Creativity requires a willingness to take risks and open the door of uncertainty, which can be scary. Participants build skills that promote creative thinking and help silence their inner critics — you know, fear of failing or being judged! As Carl Jung said: “The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct.” This workshop helps participants explore new ideas and different perspectives from their own.
Communication & Presentation
This workshop sharpens public speaking and presentation skills, with a focus on creating and sustaining rapport along with building self-confidence as a speaker and conversationalist.
Even if you know “the script,” you can still feel out on a limb when speaking in front of people. We communicate in many ways: words, tone, body language, and more.
I’ll help improve the entire way you present yourself and your ideas, allowing you to get out of your head and into the moment.
“Yes, and” & Confidence Building
This workshop is all about the ‘Yes, and’ mindset and the ability to trust one’s natural creative instincts. Starting with a "yes" response allows us to move forward in a scene and in life. “NO” can be a first reaction and automatic response when someone requests something we deem impossible, hard, or unfamiliar. But it often shuts down conversations, leaving no room for a potential solution and creative workaround.
Participants use exercises and games to gain skills for acceptance, support, and self-reliance while embracing others' ideas and responses.
Acting Workshop: Practicing Difficult Interactions
Through role-playing, participants gain practice and understanding for managing tough or awkward conversations, especially those that are emotionally charged. Many professionals (managers, therapists, and others) need to navigate such moments in their work. The training starts with basic improvisation skills and moves on to role-playing relevant scenarios. It also provides a space for co-workers to discuss the challenges they face and collaborate on solutions. Based on client input, I prepare scenarios that will best serve participants in dealing with sensitive topics and challenging conversations.

Ready to take the plunge? Below are a few helpful facts about my workshops.
My Pricing
My pricing is based on the length of the workshop, the number of participants, and travel considerations. Generally, my workshops are one to three hours long. Prices range between $150-$400 an hour.
Room Setup
To run an improv workshop, I just need a room with chairs for everyone, set up in a semi-circle with space in the middle for activities. For bigger groups, a microphone might come in handy. That's all!
